Walter Lewis is a fitness expert and the founder of Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions, LLC (WLFS). With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully trained and coached more than 10,000 individuals, guiding them to achieve optimal health and fitness. His clientele spans a diverse range, including corporations, busy professionals, executives, CEOs, seniors, pageant competitors, and adults of all ages.
In 2011, Walter's expertise was instrumental in elevating the Gaylord National Harbor Hotel to the position of the 2nd ranked Healthiest Employer, thanks to his innovative corporate bootcamp program. His reputation as a premier fitness coach is further highlighted by his work with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and corporate giants like Mitre, Boeing, Vitamin Shoppe, Westin Hotel, and many others.
In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, Walter launched his Virtual Bootcamp program, enabling clients to achieve their fitness goals anytime and anywhere. This initiative has further cemented his commitment to accessible and effective fitness solutions.
A military veteran, Walter served eight years in the U.S. Army, bringing discipline and dedication to his fitness philosophy. He is also an accomplished author, with notable works including "Beyond the Desk: A Busy Professional’s Guide to Health, Wellness, and Fitness."
